Terms of Service

By accessing or using AuthenlySign ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuthenlySign provides electronic signature and document management services. The Service allows users to send, sign, and manage documents electronically with legally binding electronic signatures.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Electronic Signatures

You acknowledge and agree that electronic signatures created through AuthenlySign have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHENLYSIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
